Terms of Use

The short version: play fair, be kind to your friends, and enjoy the farm. Coins and crops are just for fun and aren't worth real money. Mind Field is a game for practicing focus and memory. It isn't medical treatment.

These terms are an agreement between you and A4 Labs LLC ("we", "us") about using Mind Field ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play without an account. To sign in, you must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

2. Your account

If you sign in, keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read your email can get a sign-in code. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the You tab.

3. Coins, crops and other things in the game

Coins, crops, items, badges and everything else you earn in the game are part of the game. They have no real-world money value, can't be sold or swapped for money, and aren't your property. We may change how they work, or adjust them, to keep the game fair and working well.

4. Playing fair

Please don't:

cheat in ways that affect other players, for example by faking gifts, trades or duel results;
try to break into, overload, copy or interfere with the game, its servers or other players' farms;
send letters, notes, farm names or profile cards that are hateful, threatening, sexual, or that share someone's private information;
pretend to be someone else, or use the game for anything illegal.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

5. What you send us

You keep what you write. When you send us feedback or ideas, you let us use them to improve the game, without owing you anything. When you send a friend a letter, gift or link, you're responsible for what's in it.

6. Not medical advice

Mind Field is a game. It's made to be calm and friendly for people who like short, focused games, including people with ADHD. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor or other professional about your health.

7. Our game

The game, its art, music, characters and code belong to A4 Labs LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play it. You may share screenshots and videos of your farm.

8. Changes and breaks

We're always improving the game, so features may change, move or be removed. We'll try to keep the game running, but it may sometimes be down. We may stop offering the game; if we do, we'll try to give notice.

9. No warranties

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that saved data will never be lost.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, A4 Labs LLC isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the game, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the last 12 months (if any). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. App stores

If you got the game from Apple's App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or for support; we are.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you agree to the new terms.

13. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where A4 Labs LLC is registered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
