The fastest way to reach us is in the game: tap the red flag in the corner of any screen, or Send feedback at the bottom of the You tab. Your note comes with where you were in the game, so we can find a problem quickly.

Keep my farm safe

Go to the You tab, open Save my farm, and sign in with your email and password. New here? Tap Make an account. Rather not use a password? Tap Email me a code and type in the code we send. Your farm then saves to the cloud as you play.

I forgot my password

Tap Email me a code to sign in without it. Then open Save my farm and tap Set or change password to pick a new one.

Play on another phone, iPad or computer

Open Mind Field on the new device and tap I have a farm on another phone on the welcome screen. Sign in with the same email and your farm comes right back. Without an account, use Move your farm in the You tab to copy a code instead.

Put Mind Field on your Home Screen

On an iPhone, open the game in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen, like an app.

Delete my account or my data

You tab, then Save my farm, then Delete my account. That deletes your sign-in and the cloud copy of your farm. To clear the farm on one device, use Start a new farm in the You tab. You can also email us to ask for your information to be deleted.
